Old North Home Services provides professional home improvement services including, but not limited to:
- Fencing installation and repair

- Permanent lighting installation

- Deck construction and repair
We serve the Raleigh-Durham area and surrounding communities in North Carolina.
3. SMS Program Terms
3.1 SMS Consent Communication
Mobile Opt-in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Your phone number and SMS consent are protected. We will only use your phone number to send you text messages related to the services you have requested from Old North Home Services.

3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Typically, you may receive 2-10 messages per month during active service periods. You will receive more frequent messages when:
- You have an upcoming appointment
- Work is actively being performed at your property
- You are in communication with our team about your project
- Invoices or payments are due
You may receive fewer or no messages during periods when you have no active services with us.
3.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all text messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific messaging plan and any potential charges. Old North Home Services does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications beyond your carrier's standard rates.
3.5 Opt-In Method
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Old North Home Services by:
- Website Form: By checking the SMS consent checkbox when submitting a quote request or contact form on our website at getoldnorth.com
- Text Message: By texting any message to (919) 582-7863
- Verbal Consent: By providing verbal consent to one of our representatives during a phone call or in-person consultation
- Written Agreement: By signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing our services.
3.6 Opt-Out Method

TCPA Compliance: By opting into our SMS program, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from Old North Home Services at the phone number you provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

4. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen conditions discovered during work.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Cash
- Check
- Bank transfer
- Financing options (where available)
A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel scheduled services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders or materials already purchased may not be refundable.
7. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Warranty terms vary by service and will be specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products as applicable. Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters.
8. Limitation of Liability
Old North Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
9. Insurance and Licensing
Old North Home Services is fully licensed and insured to perform home improvement services in North Carolina. We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all our employees.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
