• You are in communication with our team about your project
• Invoices or payments are due

You may receive fewer or no messages during periods when you have no active services with us.

3.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all text messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific messaging plan and any potential charges. Old North Home Services does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications beyond your carrier's standard rates.

3.5 Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Old North Home Services by:

• Website Form: By checking the SMS consent checkbox when submitting a quote request or contact form on our website at getoldnorth.com
• Text Message: By texting any message to (919) 582-7863
• Verbal Consent: By providing verbal consent to one of our representatives during a phone call or in-person consultation
• Written Agreement: By signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing our services.
